Stuffed Salmon

Ingredients

  • Salmon filets
  • Fresh Horseradish
  • Goat cheese
  • Bread Crumbs

Method

  1. Take the skin of the horseradish off and chop the horseradish, add it to the mixer.
  2. Break up the goat cheese and add to the mixer as well.
  3. Add some plain breadcrumbs.
  4. Pulse these ingredients to combine.
  5. Slice a pocket through the centre of the salmon until you reach the skin. Try to not go through the skin.
  6. Add the goat cheese mixture into the pocket.
  7. Place on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
  8. Add some baby potatoes and asparagus to the pan.
  9. Cook for 25 minutes and garnish with more horseradish, a squeeze of lemon juice and chives.

Serving Suggestion
