Steak Tartare

Ingredients

  • Steak Tenderloin
  • Teaspoon of Dijon Mustard
  • 4 dashes Worchester Sauce
  • 2 dashes of Franks Red Hot Sauce
  • Half a lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon Capers
  • ½ teaspoon Sweet Pickles
  • Teaspoon of chopped Parsley
  • Teaspoon Chopped Red Onion
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Rye Bread

Method

  1. Chop the chilled steak into small pieces and put it into a bowl.
  2. Put the Dijon mustard in.
  3. Put the Worchester sauce in.
  4. Add the Hot sauce.
  5. Add the capers.
  6. Add the Pickles.
  7. Add the Parsley.
  8. Add the red onion.
  9. Add the Pepper.
  10. Mix all the ingredients well into the bowl.
  11. Add the mixture into a round mould pushing down to make it compact.
  12. Plate onto a white plate and pull up on the mold.

Serving Suggestion

Garnish with parsley, some extra virgin olive oil and serve with Rye or protein bread. Enjoy!
