Smoked Salmon BLT Sandwich – Easy & Delicious Comfort Food

Ingredients

  • Smoked Salmon
  • Cooked Bacon
  • Tomato
  • Mayo
  • Bread (Olive bread or country loaf)
  • Dill
  • S&P
  • Iceberg lettuce

Method

  1. Toast your bread.
  2. Make your mayo by chopping the dill, chop the capers and the lemon and spread over the toast on both sides.
  3. Add the cooked bacon.
  4. Slice the tomato.
  5. Add the smoked salmon.
  6. Add the tomato and season with S&P.
  7. Add the shredded lettuce.
  8. Cover with the second piece of toast to close the sandwich.

Serving Suggestion

This sandwich is perfect for lunch. Serve with vegetable chips or plane potato chips.
