Hungarian Goulash

Ingredients

  • Beef (Rib eye)
  • Onions
  • Tagliatelli noodles
  • Smoked Paprika
  • Garlic
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Flour
  • Tomato Paste

Method

  1. Sauté chopped onions in a pan until soft.
  2. Chop the beef into cubes
  3. Boil a pot of salted water for the pasta.
  4. Add the garlic for a minute.
  5. Add the paprika to a bowl.
  6. Add the S & P to the bowl
  7. Add the flour to the bowl.
  8. Mix all the dry ingredients together and put the meat in to coat it.
  9. Take the onions out of the pan.
  10. Place the beef cubes in to the hot pan to brown.
  11. Add the tomato paste.
  12. Add back the onions.
  13. Add a little water to the pan to make gravy and let thicken for 5 minutes.
  14. Strain your pasta and put the cooked goulash on top of the noodles.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with some plane Greek yogurt on top as a nice cooling effect. Enjoy!
