Fennel & Watermelon Salad

Ingredients

  • Fennel
  • Watermelon
  • Goat Cheese
  • Feta
  • Salt & pepper
  • Extra virgin olive oil

Method

  1. soups and the fawns for a garnish.
  2. Pile a couple of the pieces of fennel on top of each other and thinly slice.
  3. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the fennel so that it does not turn brown.
  4. Next chop the watermelon into cubes.
  5. Finley chop the mint.
  6. Crumble the feta cheese over everything.
  7. Add a little extra virgin olive oil to lightly coat the salad.
  8. Lastly add some salt and pepper and give all ingredients a good toss.

Suggested Serving

Serve alongside chicken, fish, or pork. This side salad is perfectly suited for a hot summer day. Enjoy!
