Hungarian Goulash

Ingredients

  • Beef Rib Eye
  • 2 tablespoons Paprika
  • ½ cup Onions
  • Tagliatelli noodles
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Teaspoon Flour
  • Teaspoon of tomato paste
  • Water 1 cup. Use as needed.

Method

  1. Add the onions to a pan with some olive oil to sauté.
  2. Boil salted water for the noodles.
  3. Once the water is boiled as the noodles to the pasta.
  4. Add the garlic to the pan for one minute.
  5. Chop the beef into cubes and add to a bowl.
  6. Add the paprika to the bowl.
  7. Add the salt to the bowl.
  8. Add the pepper to the bowl.
  9. Add the flour to the bowl.
  10. Mix the meat and coat with all the spices in the bowl.
  11. Take the onions and garlic out of the pan and place onto a plate for now.
  12. Add the meat to the same hot pan to sear.
  13. Add the tomato paste and move it around the pan.
  14. Add the onions and garlic back into the pan.
  15. Add some water, little by little to make
  16. Cook until cooked and season as you go.
  17. Strain the pasta and top with the goulash.

Serving Suggestion

Serve for a nice weeknight dinner and finish with a dollop of plane Greek yogurt. Enjoy!
