Portobello Mushroom Burger with jalapeño Sauce

Ingredients

  • Portobello Mushroom
  • Jalapenos
  • Salt
  • Canned Pears
  • Vinegar
  • Pepper
  • Chilled Rib eye Steak
  • Cheese Slice

Method

  1. Begin with your sauce but cutting the jalapenos and put it into the blender.
  2. Add your salt to the mixer.
  3. Add your pears to the mixer.
  4. Add the vinegar and mix until blended like a sauce.
  5. Next clean the Portobello mushroom by peeling the outside and spooning out the black inside as well as the stem.
  6. Put a little olive oil and S&P onto the mushroom and put onto the grill.
  7. Next chop your steak into chunks and quickly get it into the meat grinder.
  8. Add the S&P to the ground meat.
  9. Make the meat patter (see video for instructions)
  10. BBQ the patty and assemble the burger with your jalapeno sauce and Portobello

Serving Suggestion

Serve with a green salad or French fries…your choice! Enjoy!
