Savory Breakfast Pancakes – Easy & Delicious! Vegetarian Recipe

Ingredients

  • Green Scallions
  • Pancake box mixture
  • Olive Oil
  • Smoked Salmon
  • Cream Fresh
  • Hot Sauce
  • Soy Sauce

Method

  1. Chop the scallions into bite size pieces.
  2. Mix the pancake mixture omitting any sugar.
  3. Add the mixture to a hot pan with olive oil.
  4. Flip the pancakes when they are lightly brown.
  5. Mix the hot sauce and soy sauce together.
  6. Plate with the cream fresh, the smoked salmon.

Serving Suggestion

Serve as breakfast of a nice lunch. Don’t forget the soy/hot sauce mixture for dipping. Enjoy!
