Method
Sweat the shallots into the pan of butter.
Add the rice and move around the pan.
Boil the chicken Stock so that it is ready.
Add a little stock to the rice.
Continue to add the stock little by little and stir.
Add white wine and begin to season with S&P.
Chop the parsley finely.
Add a little more butter.
Add more broth and stir for another 10 minutes.
Add the parmesan cheese.
Add the parsley and green peas.
Serving suggestion
Serve on a plate or in a bowl topped with more parmesan. Enjoy!
