How to Make Roasted Stuffed Quail

Ingredients

  • Quail
  • Onions
  • Parsley
  • Rice (microwave)
  • Orange zest
  • Butter
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Thyme
  • Raisins

Method

  1. Prepare the stuffing first.
  2. Put the chopped parsley, chopped onion, brown rice, orange zest, butter, S&P, Thyme, raisins into a bowl and mix.
  3. Season the inside of the quail with S & P.
  4. Preheat the ovi8n at 350 degrees f
  5. Grease your dish with olive oil and begin stuffing the quail.
  6. Slice the orange ad add segments with the quail.
  7. Drizzle with olive oil and back for 25 minutes.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with a green salad or starch of your choice. 3 per person. Enjoy!
