Spanish Meatloaf

Ingredients

  • 1 pound of Lean Ground beef
  • ½ cup chopped Spanish Chorizo
  • Onions
  • 1 egg
  • Bread crumbs
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Parsley (Fresh)

Method

  1. Chop and sauté the onions in a pan of olive oil.
  2. Chop the Chorizo into bite size pieces.
  3. Put Ketchup and Hp sauce into a pot with paprika and Worchester sauce and simmer.
  4. Preheat oven 350 degrees F
  5. Add the bread crumbs
  6. Add the egg.
  7. Add the S & P
  8. Add the parsley
  9. Mix everything into the bowl and combine with more Worchester sauce.
  10. Form meat mixture into a football shape and place into a greased loaf pan.
  11. Cook for 45 minutes.
  12. Once cooked put the sauce over the meatloaf.

Serving Suggestion

Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes and serve alongside mashed potatoes or vegetables of your choice. Enjoy!
