Restaurant Style Chicken Lollipops at Home – Super Tasty!

Ingredients

  • Chicken drumsticks
  • Hot sauce (to your taste)
  • Honey
  • Sour Cream
  • Blue Cheese

Method

  1. With a sharp knife, cut around the drumstick right down to the bone at the top.
  2. With your knife, push down the chicken to the bottom and then with your hands, the chicken right down over the end of the drumstick.
  3. Roll tin foil around the exposed end of each drumstick. This will be the end that your guests will pick up.
  4. For the sauce, mix the hot sauce and honey together and drizzle over drumsticks and leave for 5-10 minutes.
  5. For the blue cheese dressing, mix the sour cream and the blue cheese together and set aside.
  6. Place the drumsticks in the oven at 200 degrees C for 20 minutes, until cooked through.

Serving Suggestion

To serve, place the drumstick on a serving plate and garnish. You can also pour more hot sauce over the cooked lollipops. Serve the blue cheese sauce separately on the side for dipping. Enjoy!!
